2. Data protection


We take the protection of all personal data very seriously, as the operator of the website.  All personal information are treated confidentially and in accordance with the legal provisions, as explained in this data protection declaration.


Of course, our website can be used without your personal data. However, if personal data such as name, address or email is asked, it will be on a voluntary basis. The collected data are never given to third parties without your explicit permission.


The transmission of date by internet, for example by email, can always have security gaps. Total data protection can’t be guaranteed on internet.

 

3. Website Hosting


We host our website with IONOS SE. The supplier is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (hereafter : IONOS). When visiting our website, IONOS collects various logfiles, including the IP addresses. For more details, please check the IONOS data protection statement : https://www.ionos.de/terms-gtc/terms-privacy. The use of IONOS is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, point f of the GENERAL DATE PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR). We have a legitimate interest in ensuring that our website is presented in the most reliable way possible. Insofar as a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, point a of the GDPR and article 25, paragraph 1 of the Data Protection Act, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user’s terminal (for example Device – Fingerprinting) within the meaning of the New German Cookie Law. The consent can be stopped at any moment. Order processing : we have concluded an order processing contract with the above – mentioned supplier. This is a contract prescribed by date protection legislation, which ensures that the latter processes the personal data of visitors to our website only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

 

4. Rights relating to your data


At any time, you can be informed about the personal data, its origin and recipients as well as the purpose of the data processing and request free of charge the correction, blocking or removal of this data.


Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can stop a previously given consent at any time.


The only thing you have to do, is to send us an informal message by email. The legality of the data processing carried out up to the revocation is not affected by the revocation.


5. Use of LinkedIn


Our website uses features of the Linkedln network. The provider is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Each time, one of our pages containing Linkedln features is consulted, a connection is established with the Linkedln servers. Linkedln is informed that you have visited our internet website with your IP address. As the provider of the pages, please note that we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or their use by Linkedln.

We and our partners use cookies to provide the relevant services. This also applies when you visit our website or access our services.

We use Usercentrics, a Consent Management Platform (CMP) on our website. The service provider is the company Usercentrics GmbH, Sendinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, Germany.

6.3 Server-Logfiles

Google Analytics


Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies which are stored on your computer and make possible to analyse the use of the website. The information generated by cookies about your use of the website is transferred to a USA Google server and stored there. IP anonymization has been activated on this website, so that your IP address is shortened beforehand in the member states of the European Union or in other states that are signatories to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Exceptionally, the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
